Shipping and Returns
All our products include free UK postage & packaging. In the UK your orders will be sent either first class recorded or special delivery, so a signature will be required to take receipt of goods.
We have 2 levels of stock for our products.
In Stock: these items will be sent within 2 working days.
Not in Stock: these items are in stock with Zoppini in Italy and are sent to us when you order, so that we can dispatch them on to you. Delivery normally takes up to 14 working days. If the item takes longer than 14 days - due to circumstances beyond our control- we will inform you.

Returns
You are entitled to change your mind about your purchase and we will accept returns for a full refund if you notify us that you are returning the product within 10 days of purchase. Please email customerservice@bellefine.com and quote your order number.

Faulty Goods
Zoppini charms and jewellery are covered for faults for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Please email customerservice@bellefine.com and quote your order number.
All other products on our website, namely Belle and Fine products, including the Shamballa style bracelets, are covered for a period of six months from date of purchase for faults. Please email customerservice@bellefine.com and quote your order number.
